Following the completion of your initial consultation, Ms. Marshall will send you a secure invitation to complete all required intake paperwork, including:
Ms. Marshall personally conducts all initial intake appointments and biopsychosocial assessments before therapy services begin. She will schedule your first therapy appointment after the consultation and intake process has been completed.
Please do not submit any personal, medical, mental health, or confidential information through this website. This includes details regarding your psychological background history, presenting concerns, treatment history, or any other protected health information. All confidential information will be collected securely through our client portal after your consultation.
